All program enrollments are final unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged. We accept various payment methods through our secure payment processor.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For programs that have already begun, refunds are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.
PrimalSoul Movement programs are not a substitute for medical treatment. Participants should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new movement practice, especially if you have existing health conditions or injuries.
Unless otherwise stated, PrimalSoul Movement owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
