These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PrimalSoul Movement website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a class, program, workshop, or using any service offered by PrimalSoul Movement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

• Registration for all offerings is subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• All fees must be paid in full prior to the start date unless an approved payment plan has been established.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers as forms of payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Group Programs and Workshops:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date are non-refundable.
• In exceptional circumstances, credit toward future offerings may be provided at our discretion.

1-on-1 Sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee unless rescheduled within the same calendar week, subject to availability.

Virtual Programs:

• For ongoing virtual programs, cancellations after the first week are eligible for a prorated refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

4. Program Modifications

PrimalSoul Movement reserves the right to:

• Modify program content, schedule, or format as necessary
• Substitute instructors in case of illness or emergency
• Cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control

In the event of program cancellation by PrimalSoul Movement, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward future offerings.

5. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any movement program.
• You agree to inform the instructor of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that might affect your participation.
• You acknowledge that movement activities involve inherent risk, and you participate at your own risk.
• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

6. Class Conduct and Community Guidelines

• We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
• Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
• Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants, particularly in group settings.
• Photography and recording during sessions are prohibited without explicit permission.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in PrimalSoul Movement programs, you agree to waive any claims against PrimalSoul Movement, its instructors, and staff for injuries or damages resulting from your participation. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with these activities.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and methodologies provided are the intellectual property of PrimalSoul Movement.
• Program materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Participants may not record, share, or distribute session recordings or materials.

9. Privacy Policy

PrimalSoul Movement respects your privacy and will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

10. Online Account Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before any legal action is taken.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Changes to Terms

PrimalSoul Movement reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
